Lotamos a casa! Muita gente querida! Velhos e novos amigos!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok! a chuva nos atrapalhou um pouquinho no início, porque as pessoas se atrasaram no trânsito, nós mudamos a aula de local, mas depois parou de chover e voltamos felizes para área ao ar livre!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ontem eu disse na palestra que se a Frida vivesse hoje em dia, ela teria um blog, flickr, twitter, orkut, facebook. Isso porque os quadros contam um pouco do que acontecia na vida dela, com certeza ela tinha vontade de exteriorizar! fora o diário que escrevia! esse era um blog perfeito!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E imagina, cada auto-retrato poderia ser um avatarzinho diferente!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na aula, comentei sobre um monte de curiosidades! Por exemplo: o famoso brinco de mãozinha que ela usa e aparece em vários auto-retratos foi presente do Picasso! não é demais isso? E que a Madonna é uma das maiores colecionadoras de obras da Frida? Luxo essa Frida hein!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nem falei da comida! Aos poucos Déa foi percebendo outra faceta nos conteúdo pesquisado: misturadas às quitandas, uma infinidade de histórias engraçadas de velórios.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"A mistura pode parecer esdrúxula, talvez até desrespeitosa, mas espelha a realidade do interior mineiro, rico de humor e singeleza", conta Déa.&lt;br /&gt;"São histórias verdadeiras, acontecidas de fato e a mim relatadas por várias pessoas, com a especial ajuda dos amigos da região centro-oeste do estado", completa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A autora logo de cara percebeu a dificuldade em precisar as medidas de todos os ingredientes das receitas, muitas delas com nomes curiosos, como Mané Pelado, Cueca Virada, Pau-a-pique e tantos outros. Aliás vários pratos meu pai mandava bem como ninguém! Agora que ele não está mais por aqui, eu vivo tentando imitar as comidas que ele fazia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não deu tempo de perguntar sobre aqueles truques de cozinha...mas vou me virando, sem meu paizinho querido e sem a supervisão dele no fogão.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meu pai teve um restaurante árabe há muito tempo. Ficava na alameda Lorena e chamava-se Sfiha Voadora, foi pioneiro em delivery nos Jardins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E ninguém melhor do que ele pra coordenar uma cozinha e nunca vou picar todos os ingredientes tão uniformemente e lindos como ele fazia!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Essa receita de tabule é bem incrementada, por isso sirva a saladona árabe com uns pães sírios e antepastos que a festa tá pronta! Essa de colocar o grão de bico foi uma grande sacada!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tabule&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meio pacote de trigo para kibe&lt;br /&gt;1 tomate grande sem semente e picado&lt;br /&gt;1 cebolona picada&lt;br /&gt;1 maço de salsa cebolinha picada&lt;br /&gt;1 pepino picado em cubinhos&lt;br /&gt;150gr de grão de bico cozido&lt;br /&gt;1/2 pé de alface crespa picada&lt;br /&gt;1/2 maço de hortelã (só as folhinhas, eu tiro os cabinhos pq acho q atrapalha na hora de comer)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deixar o trigo de molho por 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Seguinte gente: o trigo não tem que nadar na água por horas não, basta uns 30 minutos e só mesmo. Você vai ver como fica mais tenro sem ensopar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois é só misturar os demais ingredientes lavados (óbvio) e picadinhos e adicionar o grão de bico, que é o toque especial.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Basta temperar e servir! Coe a mistura das natas e misture lentamente com as gemas. Aqueça tudo em banho-maria, batendo sempre até ficar consistente. Dê um choque térmico colocando o recipiente logo em seguida em água fria.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque em cumbuquinhas para ir ao forno. Antes de servir, aqueça o forno. O peixe, por exemplo pode ser uma tainha. E aqui está como ela se prepara, ó estudiosos. Tomai essa tainha. Escamai e esvaziai. Preparai uma massa bem batida, com queijo (que hoje pode ser parmesão), azeite, gema de ovo, salsa e ervas fragrantes, e recheai com ela a vossa tainha. Untai-a então de azeite e salpicai-a de sal. Em seguida assai-a num lume forte. Logo depois de bem assada e alourada, umedecei-a com vinagre superfino. Servi e louvai Netuno, deus dos peixes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; O outro prato, pois que se trata de um festim ligeiro, pode ser um queque ou pudim feito pela receita do ilustre mestre Crisipo. Tomai duas ou três alfaces, bem repolhudas. Lavai e enxugai. Deitai vinho dentro de um largo almofariz, e pisai, mortificai nele as folhas de alface. Passai por um ralo para que todo o líquido se escoe; e à alface assim machucada no vinho, juntai farinha de trigo, uma pouca de manteiga e pimenta. Pisai de novo, até obterdes uma massa firme. Dai a esta massa a forma de um bolo chato e redondo. Colocai-o na frigideira com azeite, e frigi em um lume vivo. Toda a antiguidade considerou este bolo uma delicia, e chamava-se catillus ornatus. Não sei se gostareis. Era um prato dileto de Pompeu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Poderemos depois findar, se quiserdes, pela famosa empada de rosas. Era um acepipe muito usado em todas as festas do culto de Vênus. Para o realizar, descei ao jardim, colhei as rosas mais largas e as mais cheirosas. Pisai-as no almofariz. Ajuntai miolos de galinha, de pombo e de perdiz, muito bem cozidos, e depois de os terdes desembaraçado das mais pequeninas fibras. Acrescentai ainda duas gemas de ovos, um fio de azeite puro, pimenta, e vinho velho, de Malvasia. Depois de ter bem mexido tudo, até conseguir uma massa leve e fina, deitai numa caçarola nova de barro, e colocai sobre um fogo lento e contínuo. Logo que a superf¡cie se aloure, servi. Por toda a sala se espalhará um aroma de rosa - e a vossa alma bendirá Ap¡cio Celio, criador desta maravilha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; E já que tivemos rosas em empada, porque não beber¡amos o famoso vinho rosado? As receitas para o fazer diferem - mas a mais simples e rápida é a de Pausanias. Desfolhai um ramo de rosas, guardai-as durante um dia, e deitai-as dentro de dois ou três litros de vinho velho (de Bordéus, hoje). Ao fim de três ou quatro semanas, juntai um arretel de mel. E se pensais que o gosto e o saber de Heliogabalo podem ser seguidos com confiança, acrescentai ao vinho, horas antes de o beberdes, um punhado de pinhões esmagados, como fazia esse esplêndido e imperial estróina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; A¡ está, pois, um muito fácil e acessível jantar greco-latino. A pobre mulher fazia a receita numa sorveteira manual à manivela e precisava ser bem rápida no preparo pois não tinham geladeira, apenas um balde bem grande com gelo e sal, o que necessitava de uma operação um tanto quanto complicada para que o sorvete ficasse no ponto ideal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras de leite&lt;br /&gt;5 gemas&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 xícara de creme de leite fresco&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de chá de feecula de batata&lt;br /&gt;4 bananas&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepare o creme básico: ferva o leite com uma pitada de sal. Enquanto isso, misture as gemas, o açúcar e a fécula. Bata até obter uma mistura branca e espumante. Acrescente o leite aos poucos. Leve em fogo brando mexendo com uma colher de pau, sem deixar ferver. Quando o creme começar a aderir na colher, desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar. Faça um purê de banana amassando com o garfo. Passe numa peneirinha e junte com o creme de leite. Misture delicadamente tudo. Leve ao freezer até começar a endurecer. Após a exibiçao de um filme é servido um jantar com menu inspirado na obra. Obviamente, a idéia surgiu da alegoria suprema ao paladar que o filme A Festa de Babette mostra. Sempre é convidado um especialista no assunto abordado. De 2002 até hoje, firmo parcerias estratégicas a cada novo evento seja com produtores, professores especializados, empresas e também instituições de ensino.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Me formei em Jornalismo pela Fundação Cásper Líbero, com especialização em Museologia pelo MAE-USP e pós-graduação em História da Arte na FAAP. Também estudei Filosofia na Universidade de Sao Paulo até o 5ºsemestre. Trabalhei nas seguintes exposições: Corpo Humano Real e Fascinante, Leonardo da Vinci, exibição de um gênio, Tesouros da China e os Guerreiros de Xian, Tate Gallery- A bigger splash e Picasso na Oca.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Além dos eventos gastronômicos, produzi diversas exposições de arte no Hotel Mercure Trianon, Hotel Maksoud Plaza e Pergamon Hotel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Durante 4 anos fui coordenadora da edição de livros de arte: Lasar Segall, Tarsila do Amaral, Portinari, Pedro Figari, Artistas do Mercosul, Artistas Latinoamericanos, através da Fundação Finambrás, ong do Grupo Velox da Argentina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Atualmente mantenho um escritório de produção e trabalho com captação, produção executiva e negócios.
